(one): The goal is to Empower the people through the breaking of the culture of silence to develop themselves and capacity build-up for the practitioners of liberating education approaches (people’s organization, Human Resource organization) in which they can practice and implement this education method.

(two): Introducing and Lobbying right-based participatory liberating education, particularly participatory approaches (Reflect, Par, Action Research, Reflection-Action etc.) to government policy makers, non-governmental organizations, donor agencies, and UN agencies so that this method can get acceptability and recognition in the process of changing and evolution of the education system in Bangladesh.
